Every 14 seconds a baking sheet can be placed into an oven rack with our fully automated rack feeder. The great advantage is that the delivering conveyor does not need to be stopped for the exchange of trolleys since the new trolley is automatically positioned out of the trolley storage within the 14 seconds cycle time in front of the rack loading robot. The trolley storage is integrated into the system.

We are happy to supply you with a complete range of accessories such as oven racks and baking sheets from a single source. In particular, the oven racks are construcionally adapted to the robot. This way, interface problems are avoided.
