For instance, we designed and calculated the complete mechanical and electrical drive engineering for a minimal procedure time for an automatic oven charger for the removal and charging of divided pull-out stoves. The loading machine we constructed and built defines a new standard in terms of speed, storage space and baking surface. There is no other charging system on the market that can load such huge baking surfaces at such a small storage space.
The cleaning of conveyor belt fabric of setters can be directly taken care of with our brush table when charging the setters. While the setter is located on the brush table, the opposite side of the setter is being brushed and cleaned.
